This version of Alfred Hitchcock Presents did not have traditional seasons so I divided the episodes into 4 groups based on when they were produced.

A woman serving a life sentence for murder hits upon an airtight escape plan.

A divorcee is driven to drastic retaliatory measures after being victimized by a string of obscene phone calls and constant surveillance from a nearby apartment.

N6 - Method Actor

Paul Dano is a much-nominated film star who's never won the big one. When a role comes along that spells Oscar, he loses out to Lone Richards, a young hunk Dano calls "a face for a nine-inch TV screen." Richards naively seeks Dano's advice on how to play the part. Bad move. Dano, who likens his own talents to Scott, Marlon or Duvall, becomes enraged.

N7 - The Human Interest Story

A TV reporter looks for the human interest story behind the short-lived takeover of the station's airwaves by a former technician who claims to be an alien with an urgent warning for earthlings.

N8 - Breakdown

After closing a major drug deal, a ruthless businessman is paralyzed in an auto accident, and presumed dead by all who see him - including the coroner.

N9 - Prisoners (You Gotta Have Luck)

Ironically, it's an escaped convict who brings a sense of liberation to a housewife: she insists on going with him as his "hostage".

N10 - Gigolo (Arthur)

A gold-digging groom makes short work of his middle-aged wife, but his attempts to round up her jewels meet with opposition from her "children" - an army of cats.

N11 - The Gloating Place

A withdrawn teenager is fascinated with the instant celebrity of a murdered classmate and fakes an assault on herself.

N12 - The Right Kind of Medicine

A bank robber is wounded in a shoot-out, then forced to endure an excruciating wait for a painkiller at the pharmacy.

N13 - Beast in View

A psychiatrist is terrorized by menacing phone calls and the killing of her dog following her marriage to one of her patients.

N14 - A Very Happy Ending

A poor little rich boy who's deaf witnesses a murder, then blackmails the hit man into doing a job for him.

A woman goes to Hong Kong to be with her husband.

N16 - Enough Rope for Two

A camping trip for two becomes a flight from murder full of twists and double-crosses when a Harvard-bound law student goes against his better judgement and lets his girl friend bring her "cousin" along.

A fashion designer is terrified that she may be the next target of the creeper who may have the key to her apartment.

N18 - Happy Birthday

The arrest of a newspaper reporter on his birthday for a murder supposedly committed 22 years ago comes as a complete surprise to the accused.

An artist's years of failure are behind him after he finds a jar which holds mysterious contents and entrances those who view it.

N20 - Deadly Honeymoon

Following a whirlwind courtship, a new bride fears her luck's run out when she learns that her doctor husband has heavy gambling debts and two deceased former wives who were heavily insured.

Time is running out for a judge who's surprised, bound and gagged by burglars in his house after rigging a bomb to eliminate his wife and her suspected lover.

What can't go around comes around for a road-hogging salesman who won't allow a truck bound for the hospital to pass.

Series Notes

1. The date given is the first airing date on NBC. The date given for USA is the first airing date as well as it could be determined.
2. Information is culled from the actual air tapes and various TV guides.
3. Just the primary credits are listed. For the most part these were the credits listed at the start and finish of the story. The cast also includes those listed in the show's closing credits.
4. The missing airdates for the movie and The_Canary_Sedan came from the episode guide in Epi-Log magazine issue #17. There are three NBC episodes where the air date in Epi-Log differs from this guide, but at this point am not going to try to figure out which is correct so they are left as is. Epi-Log did not even try to list air dates for the USA episodes.
